‘Beans, Greens, Tomatoes, Potatoes...’

Truth be told, I have never cooked a pot of collard greens in my entire life. But these new times require new skill-sets.
This evening, I’ll be checking out @ayo.herbalist ‘s first cooking class of her series, ‘Beans, Greens, Tomatoes, Potatoes...’ This class is the inaugural class of one of many sponsored by The @wildgingerherbalcenter as part of their Bloom online class offerings. We’ll be learning how to make really good tasting collard greens and a spicy kale salad.
