Happy to connect with Aleya @naturaleya at this weekend’s Artist-in-Residence fellowship at #GivernyWest. We found all kinds of edible food and medicine on our plant walk today. One of the plants we picked for dinner tonight is wild amaranth, a cousin to the callaloo greens.
