A horse retreat.

Had the best unplanned adventure yesterday. After weekend classes at @centroasheherbs I usually retreat to nearby Marshall's Hall for an hour to take in the scenery. I watched as three experienced horseback riders took their horses to the water. We talked and they told me about the history of black cowboys in this country. I shared with them my love and fear of horses. We went from pleasant conversation to them persuading me to interact with the horses and overcome my fear of them. I am particularly thankful to 'KB' @cowgirlsofcolor, who eventually talked me into sitting on her beautiful baby! Looking forward to hanging with you all again.
